ContextMenuStrip to appear only when user right clicks the header of a DataGridView

Problem:
A context menu strip (cms) has been assigned to a data grid view (dgv) control and by default, it appears whenever the user right clicks anywhere on the control. However, it is required that it appears only when the header is right clicked.
